There
are a multitude of stressors in our environment. Our
surroundings are bombarded with chemical pollutants in
the water and air, petrochemicals are introduced into
our food supplies through pesticides, and we are exposed
to electromagnetic pollution, seasonal light changes,
and sudden variances in barometric pressure.
Concomitantly, we suffer from emotional stress,
excessive or insufficient exercise, and the effects of
nutritional or biochemical imbalances from eating
denutrified, allergic, and high fat foods.
The
Loading Theory describes how these factors interact with
and compound each other to break down the immune system,
resulting in conditions such as chronic fatigue,
allergies, autoimmune disease, persistent viral
infections, yeast overgrowth, malabsorption, parasitic
infections, and more advanced degenerative diseases such
as cardiovascular illness, diabetes, and cancer.
