How to avoid Swelling, Upper Respiratory Infections and Jet Lag on long FLIGHTS /

Way back, when I didn’t know better, I used to carry a one size bigger pair of shoes in my carry-on to use upon arrival at my destination in Europe .

I also used to get terrible sinus problems and jet lag.   This is a story of the past as I have perfected a way to avoid these inconveniences, especially at a time when I am called to lecture abroad more and more frequently.

How to avoid Swelling /

I use a product that contains both PYRIDOXINE (B6) and its active form; PYRIDOXINE 5 PHOSPHATE plus MAGNESIUM, a mineral that is greatly lost when flying.

This combination has diuretic properties and much more.

How to avoid upper Respiratory Infections /

We all know that, when flying, we breathe in the infections of everybody on the plane.  It is an inconvenience that I don’t see the aviation Industry working on with the alacrity they should - especially given SARS and many other infections we fear to contract.

Again, I take my destiny in my hands and this is what I do /

1.)

I take one package of my INFECTION PACK as soon as I get on the plane and repeat the intervention  every 3 to 4 hours.  (For more info on the Infection Pack click here

On a long flight I can take as many as 3 packages.

2.) I carry an ozonator-air filter around  my neck.
3.)

I drink lots of bottle water.

Now I don't get sinus infections, or any other infections, when I travel.

To avoid Jet Lag I use MELATONIN.

People who do not take melatonin on an ongoing basis, should test their level of need starting with a lower dosage (one to 3 Mg preferably sublingually) a few days before departure.

Once they establish the amount that works best for them, they should take a little higher dosage on the plane at the time of departure or after the dinner meal.

Upon arrival at the destination they should try to stay awake until evening, then repeat the same dosage nightly.

Upon return to home they should use melatonin nightly until the normal sleeping pattern is resumed.
