Bowel Healing Program Outline

The part of the bowel we are most concerned with cleaning and healing is the Small and Large Intestine. These two structures are responsible for nearly 60% of the body’s total immune system resources. If you have active Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis or any other acute digestive disturbance, you should consult an integrative physician before embarking on this program.

My bowel-healing program has three components that must be implemented in order:

1.

Bowel Scrubbing - removes stored toxins, harmful debris and artery hardening LDL cholesterol, and kills off infective agents.

2.

Bowel Soothing - promotes healing of an irritated bowel and facilitates bowel movements.

3.

Bowel Repopulating - brings back the healing, healthy, good bacteria (probiotics).

Step 1: Bowel Scrubbing

Begin this procedure preferably in the morning, shortly after awakening and before eating anything. Repeat daily until bowels are moving naturally at least once per day. Adjust vitamin C according to your own body’s response.

Combine 1 rounded teaspoon of Fiber Max and 1-3 teaspoons of C Minerals Powder, and stir.

Add 10-12 ounces of purified, distilled, sparkling or spring water and stir briskly until blended. A small amount of juice may be added for taste. Drink immediately.

Follow this mixture with a cup of your favorite herbal tea or warm water with lemon added.

Wait at least 15 minutes before taking any nutritional supplements or consuming any food.

Step 2: Bowel Soothing

The following oil mixture, starting with the first day of cleansing and used daily thereafter, provides a plethora of healing benefits for both the bowel and the entire body. Start with 1 tablespoon and gradually increase to 3-4 tablespoons, with 2 being the optimum for ongoing care. This mixture should not be used for cooking, since flaxseed oil is very unstable and prone to oxidation. This oil combination should be kept refrigerated and stored on the lower shelf to prevent excessive thickening, and should last for up to 4 weeks.

Corsello Oil Combination:  Incorporating the oils Into your daily diet:
In a wide-mouth jar mix: Salad dressing
8 ounces organic, cold-pressed flaxseed oil  Vegetable topping
8 ounces extra-virgin, cold-pressed olive oil  Cold-to-semi-cold soup topping
4 to 8 cloves of fresh garlic (whole or crushed, to taste) Cracker spread (on whole grain crackers)
Contents of 4 to 6 vitamin E capsules (400 IU) Cold cereal topping
… any food that is not excessively hot

Step 3: Bowel Repopulating

Begin this step approximately 4 to 6 days after starting the Bowel Scrubbing to give your body some time to adjust. It is advisable to reduce your consumption of oral B-complex vitamins during this stage, as they tend to feed yeast.

(Injected B vitamins are preferable at this stage of the treatment plan.)

Begin with 1/2 teaspoon of Probiotic Plus with a chosen meal. Mix with water or dissolve on your tongue. Click here for more on Probiotic Plus.

Every 3 days increase your intake by 1/2 teaspoon until you have reached at least 1 tablespoon.

Continue 1 tablespoon per day with a meal until bowels are moving regularly. Then, reduce to 1 teaspoon per day.

For stubborn yeast problems, add two capsules daily of my Essential Biotics, on an empty stomach. Click here for more on Essential Biotics.
