my skin is not sagging and I feel more energetic. SON
is one of the most advanced technological discoveries of nutritional
medicine. It was formulated
by a brilliant Italian biochemist physician to “overcome world
hunger.” This
product has been extensively used all over Europe by people that need to build
muscle and not just
lose weight. This includes
athletes, elderly people, and people with diabetes, dysinsulinism and all
of us who want to get in shape
in a healthy way. SON
is a combination
of ESSENTIAL
amino acids (the basic components of proteins) that we cannot make from
other sources and is the primary fuel for muscle building.
It is extremely safe since it only produces 1%
of nitrogen residue (the toxic left over from protein intake). For this
reason it can be taken by everybody, even people on renal dialysis and the
millions of people in this country and all over the western world that
have, unbeknown to themselves, borderline renal and liver dysfunctions.
All
internal organs become less efficient, even if not totally impaired, with
the age. I am therefore
thrilled to have in my hands a combination of amino acids with negligible
amount of toxic waste. Regular
proteins deliver large amounts of nitrogen residue.
Furthermore
regular proteins such as meat, tofu, eggs, fish and poultry all have to be
broken down to deliver amino acids. This
requires a large amount of digestive work that most people are not able to
do correctly. Protein with
their large nitrogen content creates an overwhelming acidic environment in
the blood. Conversely
SON is just pure predigested
amino acids of the highest vegetable source and requires no digestive
work; it has no left over waste and enters the blood
stream within twenty to twenty five minutes from ingestion.
HOW TO TAKE SON FOR MAXIMUM BENEFITS Since
it is an amino acid combination any
protein will compete for its absorption.
Conversely fruits, vegetables, oils and
even a little rice
facilitate these essential amino acids incorporation into our muscles with
consequent elimination of unnecessary fat storage. It
has been my experience that it makes all muscles including those of the
face more tight (mini
facial lift) and makes the brain work
faster and better. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE Recommendation
varies some what from person to person. If
weight loss is not
the primary goal but you just want to increase muscle tone and feel better
take 5 pills
once or twice a day as a snack. It is necessary to consume at least 2 pieces of fruits (I recommend 1 apple or 2 prunes plus ˝ cup of berries (preferably blueberries) and 1 other piece of fruit of high fiber content) with each snack of SON or the Corsello Guacamole Combination (see below). FOR
WEIGHT LOSS PHASE IIf one of the reasons to use SON is for serious weight loss, do the following at least for 4 to 7 days: Take

tablets if you are
below 150 lbs Take 10 tablets if you are above 150 lbs Combine SON with the following food combination. You can change the order of the recommended foods as you wish. Three samples of recommended foods to be taken with SON
If you feel hungry between meals during the initial intense weight loss program you can have 1 low sugar fruit with 4-6 almonds or your preferred nuts at least once or twice a day. PHASE II
After the initial intense program you can take the SON twice a day in the amount appropriate for your weight and have a regular protein and vegetable dinner. The best protein is Wild Salmon from the North Atlantic, Lamb, Turkey, organic beef and last but not least chicken (chicken in particular is a bird and it is full of viruses even the free range; especially not recommended for O blood type).
Please rotate your vegetables, be creative! Again you can use the little snacks in between meals and at that point you can add 5 almonds to the two snacks. Be aware MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. At some point you will lose interest but not weight. Also, if you do it correctly your stomach will shrink and your appetite will diminish considerably making compliance to the program easy. After you reach your goal (appropriate weight and clothing size) you can continue to do SON once a day. This program functions best if it is accompanied by the "Body Pure Pro +" Detox Pads.

OTHER GOOD REASONS TO USE SON Researchers measured the bone density at the hip and spine in kids, young women and seniors. They discovered that in all these groups, people who ate large amounts of fruits and vegetables had the best bone density status. One of the interesting facts was that older women (ages 60-83) had greater bone density in their spines when they ate even larger amounts of fruit, comparable to the amount we ingest with SON. The scientists concluded that had the older woman doubled their intake of fruits, they would have gained an additional 5% in bone density. Let’s examine the possible reasons for this encouraging response: 1. Fruits and vegetables tend to make the blood less acidic. (Conversely, meats and even cereals increase the acidity of the blood, thus promoting osteoporosis). Blood acidity leeches calcium from the bones (for more on this, go to my chapter on Osteoporosis in my book, The Ageless Woman). 2. Fruits and vegetables contain vitamin K (which is well-known to increase bone density) plant estrogens and other interacting nutrients such as Bioflavinoids, all known to reduce the chances of osteoporosis.
